Mechanism of Action
As a positively charged cationic polymer, Polyquaternium-30 adsorbs onto negatively charged skin surfaces, forming a protective, imperceptible film. This film actively minimizes transepidermal water loss, directly supporting improved skin hydration. In addition to its hydrating film-forming capabilities, it also functions as an antistatic agent on the skin.
