Happy Face Guarantee

We believe in The Mantle, and we know sensitive skin can be hard to shop for. That is why every order is backed by our Happy Face Guarantee.

Try it for up to 30 days from delivery. If it is not right for your skin, or you are not seeing the results you hoped for, send it back and we will refund you in full, even if you have opened it.

30 days to try it

Use The Mantle for up to 30 days from the day it arrives. A stressed barrier usually needs 2 to 4 weeks, so give it time.

Even if opened

Opened bottles are fine, as long as they are at least half full.

Free returns

We cover the return postage: a prepaid label in the UK, or a refund of your standard tracked postage from anywhere else.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at concierge@moumoujus.com within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and a line about what did not work for you.
We will reply within 1 to 2 working days with your return label and instructions.
Post the bottle back. Once it arrives, we will refund you in full to your original payment method within 10 working days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the credit. If more than 15 working days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us.

Good to Know

The Happy Face Guarantee covers one refund per customer.
It applies to orders placed at moumoujus.com. If you bought The Mantle from a stockist, please contact them.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

Unopened Item Returns

Changed your mind? Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, for any reason. Email us first at concierge@moumoujus.com and we will send you a return label. Items must be in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
