Moumoujus was born from the search for the best moisturiser for sensitive skin. One that actually works without fillers or irritants. Every formula we create starts with a question: does this ingredient serve a purpose?
The Founder
A personal
mission
Moumoujus began as a personal mission to find the best face cream for psoriasis. Four years ago, after the loss of my father, my mum suffered a severe psoriasis flare-up, and nothing seemed to help. Every product we tried was either too harsh, too full of unnecessary ingredients, or simply not designed with sensitive, reactive skin in mind. We needed a real skin barrier repair cream.
My background is in design, where I spent years creating experiences that balance function with beauty. That training shaped how I approached skincare: with precision, intention, and zero tolerance for filler. I partnered with leading cosmetic chemists and spent 18 months developing a ceramide moisturiser with barrier-repairing actives like ectoin, peptides, and exosomes, and eventually The Mantle™ was born. A multi-active fluid designed to calm, nourish, and simplify skincare for sensitive and reactive skin.
The name Moumoujus is a tribute to my mum's background, a blend of French softness and Swiss clarity. It reflects everything we believe skincare should be: universal, genderless, ageless, and uncompromisingly grounded in dermatological science. Cruelty-free and made in the UK.
