While a specific assessment for Potassium Cocoyl Hydrolyzed Silk is not detailed, the safety of related ingredient Potassium Cocoyl Hydrolyzed Collagen was reaffirmed by CIR in 2002, with a 2024 literature review finding no new data to change this.
