A Human Repeat Insult Patch Test (HRIPT) conducted on 107 subjects, including 50 with sensitive skin, using a cream containing 0.01% Hydroxydecyl Ubiquinone, demonstrated no clinically significant dermal irritation or sensitization. While no specific maximum use concentration for Hydroxydecyl Ubiquinone Linoleate was reported, Ubiquinone (CoQ10) has a reported maximum leave-on concentration of 0.05% in body and hand products.
