- 01 A moisturizer infused with Cynanchum Atratum extract, applied twice daily for up to 4 weeks by 36 participants with skin barrier dysfunction and pruritus, demonstrated significant pruritus relief, decreased transepidermal water loss (TEWL) by an unspecified percentage, and increased skin hydration. The treatment was well-tolerated.
