Mechanism of Action
Arctiin exerts its anti-inflammatory action by modulating specific signaling pathways. It downregulates the purinergic receptor P2X7 (P2X7R) and suppresses the activation of the NLRP3 inflammasome, leading to a reduction in active IL-1β.
