Mechanism of Action
PEG-15 SOYAMINE functions by significantly lowering the interfacial tension between immiscible liquids, thereby stabilizing oil-in-water or water-in-oil emulsions. As a surfactant, it exhibits detergent qualities, enabling the fine dispersion of oil and water and aiding in the effective removal of lipidic residues and particulate matter from dermal and hair surfaces. Beyond these primary roles, it also acts as an antistatic agent, a rheology modifier, and a wetting agent to enhance product application and spreadability.
