Stability

CI 62045 demonstrates robust stability for up to 7 years when stored appropriately in a well-sealed container, protected from light and moisture. However, in aqueous solutions at concentrations of 23 mg/ml and 236 mg/ml, approximately 5% degradation was observed over an 8-day period.

Conflicts

  • As a secondary amine, CI 62045 is prone to nitrosation. Formulations must strictly maintain nitrosamine content below 50 ppb to ensure safety.
